Shipping Policy for Pre-Orders

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us! We understand that waiting for a product you're excited about can be tough, but we're here to ensure your pre-order experience is as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our pre-order shipping policy carefully to understand how we manage these special orders.

Pre-Order Lead Times:
Our pre-order items are not immediately available to ship since they are in the process of being manufactured or are awaiting stock replenishment. The estimated shipping date for each pre-order item is listed on the product's page. This date is an estimate, not a guarantee, as there are sometimes unpredictable delays in production or shipping. We commit to keeping you updated with any changes in your pre-order shipping timeline.

Shipping Process:
Once your pre-order item is ready and in stock, we will process shipments in the order that they were received. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Our standard shipping policies apply from the moment your pre-order is dispatched. Please note that if your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will be held until all items are available to ship together, unless you've requested separate shipments at additional shipping costs.

Cancellations & Refunds:
We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your pre-order. You cannot cancel your pre-order at any time. Once product is received a return and refund can be processed. If we face any issues that result in the cancellation of a pre-order item on our end, you will be notified immediately and refunded in full.
